LANDLORD FEES

All charges inclusive of VAT.

We try and keep your costs as transparent and fair as we can. We understand how important it is to secure the right tenant for your property and will do all we can to find a suitable tenant you are happy with.

Full Management   

Commission: 10% of gross rent, deducted monthly

Tenant find only

75% of one month’s rent, taken off of your first months rental payment.

Minimum charge £400

Portal Only Service

£299, charged at the outset.

 

Tenancy Agreements

The charge for the tenancy agreement is shared between the landlord and the tenant.

Prices below are for the landlord’s portion.

Preparation of tenancy agreement: £75

Extension to existing agreement: £50

Addendum to Agreement: £30

Inventories and Schedules of Condition

10% of monthly rental amount.

Energy Performance Certificates: £95

Deposit Management       

All Services: £50

Withdrawal

If a landlord withdraws a property, or lets it through another source a cancellation fee of £200 will be charged to cover our marketing and administration costs.

Termination

In the event that the fully managed tenancy becomes periodic after a fixed term and the landlord wishes to terminate the contract with Meyers Lettings, the landlord must give Meyers Lettings one month’s notice of termination in writing and a termination fee of the equivalent of three months commission will be charged.  This will be deducted from the last month’s rent.

Property Sale

In the event of a sale of a property to any person introduced to the owner by Meyers Lettings, a commission of the equivalent of 1.5% plus VAT of the purchase price will be charged on completion. This will be the subject of a separate contract at the outset.
