From initial contact and the first viewing of our house, we found Richard and Claire extremely helpful and personable. The concerns any buyer has were dealt with in a sensitive way and they achieved the perfect balance of reassurance with excellent communication keeping us fully informed at all stages. One of the best parts of the service we received was being able to contact Claire or Richard outside office hours – invaluable when you work full time. Meyers were also great at chasing and pushing for answers from the lawyers when the process stalled due to legal issues. Just want to say a big thank you to Richard and Claire from Meyers Estate Agents for all their help with the purchase and sale of our home. We had an offer very quickly and although this sale fell through we were back on the market the same day and sold again the next day at full market valuation, (this was on a bank holiday too) I really like the 24/7 service they offer and I did call them in the evening and they both were always happy to chat and help. Some estate agents fees are very expensive but Meyers were very reasonable. Having missed out on several properties we were contacted by Richard White who had found a property that suited our needs perfectly. We as a family would highly recommend Meyers Estate agents. Meyers acted for our purchase property and went above and beyond for the whole chain. When I needed to contact David at any point he was available. This was completely different to what we were used too as all the other estate agents we have used in the past were only contactable 9-5 Monday-Friday. If you want a pro active estate agent who gets things accomplished then I would definitely recommend David, Chris and Nicole at Meyers. We will be in touch when we move again in the future.

Honest, Effective and Professional. In a difficult and specialised market, and despite being out of town, Meyers found us a buyer whereas our local agent couldn’t. David, Chris and Nicole were top class and kept us informed every step of the way. David’s valuation was spot on. He arranged superb professional internal and external photographs and produced a high quality sales brochure. Internet presence on Rightmove and Zoopla was second to none. Bought a property where Meyers were the agents for the vendors. Was a short chain but we were keen to move quickly. Had good communication from the team and they were proactive in helping to get the sale finalised and helped with any problem solving. Very professional as well. Would work with them again.
