I have franchised the brand to Shaftesbury, although having the luxury of covering a large proportion of North Dorset. With plenty of characterful towns and villages, North Dorset has always been an extremely popular area. Living in Shaftesbury myself, it is fantastic to see the town evolving, with a highly rated school, doctors surgery and a variety of clubs being at the forefront of the town. We have direct rail links to London in the next town, and it is of course difficult to talk about Shaftesbury whilst not discussing the focal point in the town, that of Gold Hill. I chose Meyers as a business as the other franchises stand out as the local property experts in their area, providing a service with their unique marketing strategies that make a difference to their respected communities. The Meyers version of changing how Estate Agency should be comes with passion and family run values, which is something that has given the customer the flexibility and honesty they need. I have lived in the area all my life. Having spent over 3 years at a corporate agency in Shaftesbury, I have since spent 5 years with a local, independent agency within North Dorset. I decided I that I wanted to be involved with a business that has core values, ensuring the customer has the least stressful time possible during their process of selling and/or buying their home.
